One of the great delights of living in Los Cabos is the food.  As a visitor you’ll find yourself inundated by advertisements and coupons for everything from tacos to lobster dinners, most of which are pretty decent.  (It’s actually hard to find a bad meal in Cabo.)  But the truly excellent restaurants lie off the beaten path and have been discovered by the locals through an adventurous process of trial and error.  The purpose of this website is to introduce the discriminating traveler to those special dining experiences that will help make your journey to Los Cabos memorable.  Occasionally a restaurant will disappear quite suddenly, so there’s no guarantee that all the places we recommend will still be open.  But most of them have stuck around long enough to establish Cabo’s reputation as one of the best travel destinations for Good Eating.  If there’s a phone number it’s always a good idea to call in advance.  This Website is divided into three distinct areas:  Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, and the Transpeninsular Highway that links the two towns and is referred to as The Corridor.  Together these three areas make up the region known as Los Cabos.
